Kann man einstellen, dass die @-Karte immer angezeigt wird, d. h. im Vordergrund bzw. oben ist?

Nein. Es gibt lediglich die Option, dass die aktive Konfiguration immer angezeigt wird.

 

Diese Einschränkung ist bei SOLIDWORKS bekannt unter:

SPR 541174 – ‘Ability to always default to @tab when view file data cards’

 

Also the following comment has been added in the SPR: Disabling the ‘set focus’ option will make it default to ‘last used config tab’.  If last used happened to be @ then it will ‘work’, but if last used was ‘default’, then default would be selected.
